Alternative Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing residential and vocational supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Our employment opportunities are available in the Portland Metro area, Linn County, and Jackson County, and include job coaching and skills training. Through the person-centered planning process, we match individuals with jobs in our program that best fit their individual interests. Our goal is to maximize skill development, which could one day lead to an individual’s participation in more competitive pay and employment.
